This event was a hybrid, a palpable sample of what was experienced that year, three days of pure learning, where one of them was totally face-to-face.

This edition focused on sustainability as a way to be inclusive and accessible. Important national brands supported this edition, showing and making practices visible, beyond the theories of being inclusive brands.

As always, we had the presence of Latin American countries in terms of presentations and participants. This year left many lessons learned, but above all a clear way of how to make inclusive and sustainable brands possible.
